Serving Alachua County & North Central Florida
Serving Alachua County and North Central Florida
Thy Will Bee Done Apiary is a family-owned beekeeping operation based in High Springs, Florida, right in the heart of Alachua County. We raise bees, harvest raw wildflower honey, pour beeswax candles, and craft natural skincare products, all from our property on the edge of the Santa Fe River watershed. We're proud to be part of this community and to serve neighbors throughout North Central Florida.
Our Location
We're based in High Springs, FL 32643, a small city in western Alachua County, about 30 miles northwest of Gainesville on US-27. High Springs sits at the confluence of the Santa Fe and Suwannee Rivers, surrounded by springs, sinkholes, and some of the most biodiverse natural areas in Florida. It's also exceptional honey country: the native gallberry, saw palmetto, titi, and wildflowers of the region give our honey a flavor that's distinctly North Florida.
Why Buy from a Local North Florida Apiary?
Buying local honey means you know exactly where your food comes from. Our bees forage the same wildflowers, forests, and river corridors that define Alachua County's landscape. The pollen in our honey is local pollen, from the same plants you see blooming outside your window. And every purchase directly supports a small family farm right here in your community.
We believe in doing things the right way: naturally, honestly, and with faith. Our name comes from Matthew 6:10: "Thy will be done", and it guides everything from how we treat our bees to how we run our business.

What makes North Florida honey different from store-bought honey?
Our honey is raw and unfiltered, it's never heated or processed, which means it retains all of its natural enzymes, antioxidants, bee pollen, and propolis.
