Raw Unfiltered Florida Honey 2 lb - Gallberry or Wildflower

Raw, unfiltered Florida honey in a 2 lb jar, available in Gallberry or Wildflower variety from our family apiary in High Springs, Florida. Gallberry honey is a bold, amber-colored honey harvested from the Gallberry plant (Ilex glabra), a native Florida holly that grows in the wetlands and scrub areas of North Florida. It has a rich, robust flavor unique to this region. Wildflower honey is lighter in color and flavor, drawn from the seasonal mix of Florida wildflowers throughout our area. Both varieties are raw and unfiltered, meaning they retain all of the natural pollen, enzymes, and beneficial compounds removed by commercial processing. No added sugar, no heat treatment, no blending.

We are Thy Will Bee Done, a faith-based, veteran-owned family business from High Springs, Florida. This honey is where it all started. Spencer was 15 years old when he noticed jars of his dad's honey sitting on the dining room table and asked if he could sell some. His dad, Sergeant First Class Dorosheff, had kept bees for years before this was a business. Spencer posted pictures on Instagram taken in his AP Photography class at Buchholz High School, and people began finding us. First sale was April 6th, 2020. Sunday deliveries during the pandemic. Over 20,000 families nationwide since then. This honey started all of it. Psalm 19:10, "They are sweeter than honey, than honey from the honeycomb."
